Family Full Session Contract

A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to book a Family Full Portrait Session.
Full payment of the session fee (minus the deposit) is due the day of the session by cash, cheque, or E-transfer.
Family Full Portrait Sessions are 60 minutes long at an outdoor location decided by the CLIENT and Photographer.
20 printable high-resolution digital images are included with the session fee.
Upon payment of the deposit, the Photographer will reserve the time and date agreed upon by both parties.
All deposits are non-refundable. If the CLIENT needs to reschedule due to illness or emergency, the session fee will be transferred to another date agreed upon by the CLIENT and Belle Ancell Photography.

I, the CLIENT, understand that the Mini Session deposit fee is non-refundable and reserves the time and date of the session and does not include any digital images.
I, the CLIENT, understand that the remaining balance agreed upon when the Mini Session was booked will be due the day of the session.

Terms & Conditions

1. SERVICES: This agreement constitutes an order for portrait photography services, including the taking of portraits as agreed to by both parties: Belle Ancell Photography and the CLIENT. “Image(s)” means all photographic materials delivered to the CLIENT by Belle Ancell Photography.
2. SESSION DURATION: Full Sessions are approximately 60 minutes. Additional time may be arranged at an additional cost.
3. WEATHER POLICY: In the event of bad weather the session may be rescheduled and the deposit applied to a future mutually agreed upon session date. Due to the fragility of photography equipment, it is the Photographer’s discretion to cancel the session, up to or during the session if the weather turns inclement.
4. LOCATION COST & FEES: The Client will be responsible for any costs/fees associated with the location they choose. Session Fees include travel within 15 kilometres from downtown Vancouver, BC. Any location outside of this limit will have an additional charge associated.
5. LATENESS: If the CLIENT is late to their session this may result in reduced photographing time and less images in the CLIENT’S proof gallery.
The Photographer cannot guarantee an extension of time on the session.
6. COMPLETION OF SERVICES: If the Photographer is unable to complete the paid services for any reason, including but not limited to: fire, severe traffic, road closures, accident, illness, or Acts of Nature beyond the control of the Photographer, and she cannot provide another competent professional to replace her, all money received by the Photographer minus expenses, will be returned to the Client, and the Photographer shall have no further liability with respect to this agreement. This limitation of liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or memory card malfunction, or otherwise lost, stolen or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event that the Photographer fails to perform for any other reason, the Photographer shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the value of the CLIENT’S contract price stated therein.
7. IMAGE DELIVERY: The Photographer will provide the CLIENT with an online proof gallery 2 weeks after the Mini Session. The Mini Session includes 20 high-resolution printable images which will be delivered 2 weeks from the date the CLIENT chooses their final images. Final images will be delivered through a private downloadable online gallery. The online gallery will be available to the CLIENT for 30 days.
8. EDITING/RETOUCHING: Basic edits will be done on the images at the discretion of the Photographer. Extensive retouching such as head swaps, body modification or removal of background elements will be billed at $30/hr.
9. USAGE RIGHTS: All images are Copyright to Belle Ancell Photography. The CLIENT has the right to reproduce and print high-resolution images for personal use only. Images may not be used for commercial or editorial purposes without written consent from Belle Ancell Photography.
10. DIGITAL/PRINT ARCHIVE: 
The Photographer shall not be responsible for the impermanence of digital storage media. The CLIENT will be responsible to backup digital images they’ve purchased on external hard drives or on cloud based storage. The Photographer cannot guarantee the quality or longevity of any prints made by the CLIENT as the Photographer has no control over the photo printing lab chosen.
121. SOCIAL MEDIA: The CLIENT agrees to include “Photo by Belle Ancell Photography” or “Photo by belleancellphotography.com” with any photo or set of photos posted on their social media or personal blogs. The CLIENT agrees they will not submit the images to professional publications (magazines, blogs, etc.) or use the images to promote their businesses. The Client agrees to not use social media filters or alter the images posted online in any manner without the Photographers permission.
12. MODEL RELEASE: The CLIENT grants Belle Ancell Photography permission to use images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to: Belle Ancell photography website, social media, and for marketing materials such as gift certificates.
