Matty Lambert | Westender Van
/I met Matty through my business association and we did a sunset photo shoot for his new business portrait. I just had to sneak in a GQ shot at the end. He is so damn handsome!

"What do you call a bee that gives milk instead of honey? A BOOBee!!"
This is the joke I told Governor General Literary Award winner Mark L. Winston.
Thank goodness he has a wonderful sense of humour and an adoration of bees.
I recently met Mark when the Arts Council of Canada chose me to photograph him for the 2015 Literary Awards.
Mark is a world renowned expert on bees and won the prestigious award for his non-fiction book, Bee Time: Lessons from the Hive.
I love working with my clients to create business portraits that reflect their evolving personal style.
Meet Connie Buna, Realtor from Own it Vancouver.
Connie can rock the bow tie and she is also the dynamic front person for Vancouver's 10 piece Queer as Funk Band.
"Don't worry", I told him. "I have liability insurance."
A recent sunset session with Realtor and fellow LOUD Business member Erik Carlson creating his 2015 business portrait.
I couldn't resist taking a fun shot of him too showcasing his fabulous socks.
Enjoyed a gorgeous afternoon shooting in Stanley Park recently with Kai Scott from Dialectic Research Services creating new head shots for his human environment consulting business.
My client Connie Buna shares her good fortune in a compassionate way.
“The youth homelessness crisis has become even more personal for me, I see it not just as a person that lives and works in the community, but also as a mother. Some kids are being displaced and feel like they have nowhere to go, it tears my heart out. No one is a ‘lost cause’, with the right opportunities and the security of not having to figure out where to sleep at night, they have their entire lives ahead of them.”
Read how Connie is using her real estate business to help Rain City Housing find a home for every person.
Met some new friends creating their 2015 business portraits for them.
Please visit my business portrait portfolio for examples of my work in studio and on location.
I'd love to create something new and vibrant for you as well.
Meet Cynthia Brooke, ILWU Local 500 Longshoreman/Stevedore, Dapper member of the Leadfoot butch choir, and all around wonderful human being.
Cynthia came to me wanting portraits that reflected her Longshoreman pride and her pride in being a Butch woman.
I think we succeeded.
