This family always brings a mix of adorableness and a little chaos to their family sessions—and that’s exactly why I love photographing them! Their ability to let loose and have fun always results in the most authentic and heartwarming photos.
For this year’s photos at Jericho Beach in Vancouver, they came dressed in matching red and grey outfits, with their lovable pup happily tagging along.

Welcome to the Family | East Vancouver Family Portraits

New parents often radiate a unique kind of joy and love that is palpable, and this family was no exception. As I stepped into their cozy home, I was greeted with warmth and smiles that spoke volumes about their adoration for their precious newborn. It was clear from the first moment that this was a family overflowing with love.
In my role as a photographer, I am constantly reminded of the power of love and connection. It's a privilege to witness these moments and to help families preserve them for a lifetime.

East Vancouver Family Portraits | Trout Lake

They don’t call it Raincouver for nothing. October has been filled with rainy and gloomy days here in Vancouver.
This sweet family was into braving the potential downpours. They donned their rubber boots and we headed to Trout Lake in East Vancouver for their portrait session. It was mostly a drizzle day and we enjoyed jumping in puddles and playing in the beautiful fall leaves.

Brother and Sister are best friends and obviously love each other.

Burnaby Family Portraits | Deer Lake Park

This family welcomed their new family member by recreating portraits they had done of their first born at Deer Lake Park in Burnaby.

This FAMILY chose a sweet STORYBOOK ALBUM of their DEER LAKE PARK portraits. This album matches the one they had done for their son’s 1st birthday session.

Kitsilano Family Portraits | Jericho Beach

This family was absolutely adorable in their cute and colour coordinated outfits.
Our playful photo session at Jericho Beach Park, complete with their furry family member, was a delightful experience.
Their closeness and genuine affection for each other added a beautiful layer of warmth to the photos.
And, let's just say, there may have been a few donuts involved to keep the spirits high and the smiles even brighter.

East Vancouver Family Portraits | Trout Lake Park

Last time I photographed these two the youngest was tiny and new.
We met up at Trout Lake in East Vancouver to take advantage of the blooming buttercup flowers.
Their parents decided they loved the scuffed knee on their eldest so we didn’t do any Photoshop magic there and kept it real.
During their fun session the eldest gave me a nickname which I think is going to stick.
Henceforth, I will be known as Bee-Belle. At least to these two.
